Spode - Billingsley Rose Billingsley Rose Pattern (Old Mark) - Spode's Jewel Copeland - England Pattern consistes of a deep-pink rose with a bud and greenery, and a border of embossed rings similar to eyelet on a creamy white base glaze.   Backmark indicates pattent #70392 which was registered in London in 1924.  Red backmark reads, "Spode's Jewel Copeland Spode England Reg. No 70392 U.S. Patt.
